The Port of Kribi and Cameroon were given good exposure. It was equally an opportunity to present the efforts made towards diversifying breakbulk lines in the Port of Kribi. Cargo has moved from timber only to biomass, rice, cattle, other construction material and clinker.
The huge land potential of the Port of Kribi caught the public interest, namely the Kribi Port Integrated Industrial Zone project (ZIIPK) that is underway. The multiple logistic offers of the young port and the mechanism put in place to ensure the smooth, efficient, secured and reliable flow of operations in the Mboro were equally of interest to the audience.
B to B sessions, experience sharing and networking are also other activities that the PAK delegation took part in thus seizing the opportunity to develop new ties and strengthen existing ones.
As a reminder, the BreakBulk Europe is the biggest global event on cargo projects. Every year, it brings together more than 365 companies from various sectors, 600 exhibitioners and more 9,600 visitors from more than 120 countries. The event gathers all the members of the Cargo Project community. A big family to PAK now belongs.
