Women of the Port Authority of Kribi extend support to young mothers and vulnerable children.

As part of the activities marking International Women’s Day 2026, the women of the Port Autonome de Kribi, through the Association of Women of the Port Autonome de Kribi, carried out a solidarity initiative dedicated to supporting young mothers and children in the Kribi community.

On Wednesday, March 5, 2026, as part of the celebrations marking International Women’s Day, the women of the Port Autonome de Kribi, through their association Association of Women of the Port Autonome de Kribi, carried out a social outreach initiative centered on solidarity and compassion.

The day began with a visit to new mothers at the maternity ward of the Hôpital Central de Kribi. This emotional moment provided an opportunity to offer words of encouragement, comfort, and support to mothers experiencing one of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

Continuing this spirit of generosity, the delegation then visited the Children’s Hope Orphanage, where the women of the Port shared a warm and joyful moment with the children. Through donations and gestures of kindness, they reminded the young residents that they are not alone and that a caring community stands beside them.

The day was marked by heartfelt exchanges, smiles, and moments of connection, highlighting the importance of solidarity and compassion toward the most vulnerable members of society.

Through this initiative, the women of the Port Autonome de Kribi reaffirm their commitment to values of humanity, compassion, and sharing, which remain at the heart of their engagement with the community.
