“Today’s ceremony is a milestone in the extension works of our port. As a matter of fact, beyond the launching of the first caisson that we are witnessing today, Phase II in general will enable us to increase our accommodation and processing capacity and to definitely assert our position as hub in Central Africa. Kribi has become the logistic place that eases the circulation of cargo flows and provides all growth industries and sectors with a conducive environment to boost their added value and exports.
It is the real first transhipment place in this part of Africa and its facilities equally serve Chad, the Central African Republic, northern Congo and even eastern Nigeria.”
