In N’Djamena, the Port Authority of Kribi showcases its logistics performance, the opportunities offered by the Kribi Industrial-Port Zone, and its solutions to support sub-regional trade.

From 11 to 13 May 2026, the Port Authority of Kribi is taking part in the 5th Cameroon–Chad–Central African Republic Tripartite Forum in N’Djamena. This strategic participation aims to strengthen ties with economic operators, promote the Port of Kribi’s competitive advantages, and consolidate its role as a leading logistics and industrial hub for Central Africa.

The Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) is participating in the 5th Cameroon–Chad–Central African Republic Tripartite Forum, taking place from 11 to 13 May 2026 in N’Djamena, Chad.

This major event brings together institutional and economic stakeholders from the three countries around a shared objective: to facilitate trade, improve the logistics performance of the corridor, and strengthen regional integration.

During the opening ceremony, marked by addresses from the Ministers of Transport of Cameroon, Chad, and the Central African Republic, officials emphasized the importance of sustained dialogue among stakeholders to remove barriers to trade and boost sub-regional commerce.

In this context, the Port Authority of Kribi is showcasing the key strengths of its platform:

  • modern port infrastructure;
  • capacity to accommodate large vessels;
  • continuous improvement in cargo handling times;
  • progressive digitalization of procedures;
  • development of the Kribi Industrial-Port Zone (KIPZ).

Beyond institutional promotion, this participation provides a valuable opportunity to engage directly with shippers, freight forwarders, industrial operators, and investors in order to better understand their expectations and develop increasingly efficient and competitive logistics solutions.

The Port of Kribi is also highlighting the investment opportunities offered by the KIPZ, as well as the incentive measures designed to support economic operators in their industrial transformation projects.

On the sidelines of the closing activities, PAK will award rebates to its main shippers in recognition of their contribution to the growth of traffic through the Port of Kribi.

With its deep-sea port, next-generation infrastructure, and innovation-driven vision, the Port Authority of Kribi continues to strengthen its ambition to become a leading logistics and industrial hub for Cameroon, Chad, the Central African Republic, and the wider Central African region.
