Reorganised by decrees No.2016/267 and 2016/268 of 29 June 2016, the Port Authority of Kribi is a public company placed under the financial supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the technical supervision of the Ministry of Transports
The geographical area of the Port Authority of Kribi covers the maritime area of Kribi, in the Ocean Division.

PAK’s General Meeting comprises of five members.
These members include the Minister of Finance and the following:
A representative of the Presidency of the Republic
A representative of the Prime Minister’s Office
A representative of the Minister in charge of land planning
A representative of the Minister in charge of port affairs
The Board of Directors whose major missions are to guide the company’s general policy and assess the way the company is managed within the limits of its corporate purpose, is made up twelve members as presented below:

A representative of the Presidency of the Republic
A representative of the Prime Minister’s Office
A representative of the Minister of Finance
A representative of the Minister in charge of port affairs

The Port Authority of Kribi is managed by a General Manager assisted by a Deputy General Manager.
