From April 1 to 3, 2026, the Port Authority of Kribi took part in the International Exhibition of Ports and their Ecosystem (SIPORTS 2026) in El Jadida, highlighting its strategic role in Africa’s port transformation and connectivity agenda.
From April 1 to 3, 2026, in El Jadida, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) participated in the International Exhibition of Ports and their Ecosystem (SIPORTS 2026), a strategic gathering of key port stakeholders focused on transformation, innovation, and cooperation across Africa.
Under the initiative of Morocco’s Minister of Equipment and Water, Nizar Baraka, this edition provided a high-level platform for reflection on the future of African ports and the levers needed to enhance their competitiveness.
Through its institutional exhibition stand and active participation in panel discussions, the Port Authority of Kribi showcased its progress, structuring projects, and long-term development ambitions. The event enabled direct engagement with international partners, further strengthening its visibility on the global port stage.
Discussions focused on strengthening maritime cooperation, improving inter-port connectivity, and developing efficient logistics corridors across the continent.
Through this multifaceted participation, the Port Authority of Kribi reaffirms its strategic positioning within Africa’s port landscape and continues to pursue its ambition of becoming a leading logistics hub in support of regional integration and continental competitiveness.
