On Sunday, 9 August 2026, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) took part in the final of the Messok Canton Football Tournament, held under the patronage of Patriarch Pierre Meba.

As a partner of the sporting initiative, PAK supported the competition by providing sports equipment and trophies, as well as assistance to the winning team.

Beyond the sporting competition itself, the final brought together an engaged youth, motivated teams, and a large audience sharing a moment of celebration and togetherness. The tournament provided a valuable platform for fostering dialogue, social cohesion, and key values such as discipline, fair play, solidarity, and teamwork.

This participation is part of the Port Authority of Kribi’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach, which places particular emphasis on local initiatives that promote inclusion, youth development, and stronger community ties.

Through this support, PAK reaffirms its commitment to standing alongside local communities and supporting, beyond its core port activities, initiatives that contribute to human development, social cohesion, and living together.
