The Port Authority of Kribi Participates in the Launch of Commemorative Activities

A proactive presence to promote investment opportunities in Cameroon

On Monday, March 4, 2024, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) participated in the official launch of Commonwealth Day activities in Cameroon.

Observed annually on the second Monday of March, Commonwealth Day serves as a platform for reflection on shared values, cooperation, and economic opportunities across member states.

🏛️ Official Ceremony Led by H.E. Félix MBAYU

The event was hosted at the Ministry of External Relations, under the leadership of H.E. Félix MBAYU, Minister Delegate in charge of Cooperation with the Commonwealth.
This launch marked the beginning of a week of high-level engagements, centered around the 2024 theme:
“Symposium on Commercial Investment Opportunities for Cameroon within the Commonwealth.”

⚓ Kribi Port, a Gateway for Strategic Investment

As a partner of the event, the Port Authority of Kribi was officially represented.
During the ceremony, the PAK spokesperson highlighted:

  • the strategic advantages of the Kribi Industrial-Port Zone,

  • the investment facilitation mechanisms in place,

  • and the broad range of business opportunities available to investors from Commonwealth countries.

🌐 Strengthening PAK’s International Visibility

PAK’s participation in this celebration is in line with its strategy to expand its global reach and position Cameroon as a major industrial and logistics hub in Central Africa.
