PAK, ONCC and GUCE Join Forces to Professionalize the Cocoa-Coffee Export Chain
A seminar to strengthen stakeholders’ capacities
On July 29 and 30, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) hosted a seminar dedicated to strengthening the capacities of staff from administrations involved in the cocoa and coffee export chain.
A joint initiative
The event, co-organized by the National Cocoa and Coffee Board (ONCC) and the Single Window for Foreign Trade Operations (GUCE), is part of the national program for the digitalization of foreign trade procedures.
Seminar objectives
The discussions focused on two main aspects:
-
Disseminating regulations governing cocoa and coffee exports in Cameroon;
-
Ensuring that all actors in the export chain have full mastery of the digital tools developed by GUCE to modernize and streamline procedures.
A shared commitment to professionalization
Through this seminar, PAK, ONCC, and GUCE reaffirm their joint commitment to professionalizing the cocoa-coffee sector, securing export operations, and enhancing Cameroon’s attractiveness on international markets.
