Promoting Shared Understanding of the Port Authority of Kribi’s Vision
On 4 November 2021, a workshop was held to disseminate the Strategic Development Plan of the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK), marking the culmination of a long-term support process aimed at enhancing ownership and alignment around the Port’s strategic vision.
This workshop represents the outcome of a long-standing support and advisory process for this major player in Cameroon’s economic landscape. The primary objective was to foster collective ownership of the strategy, strengthen the coherence of internal actions, and mobilize teams around PAK’s key development priorities.
Through dynamic exchanges, detailed explanations, and a clear presentation of the strategic pillars, participants gained deeper insight into the orientations, priorities, and transformation levers that will guide the institution in the coming years.
This important milestone highlights PAK’s commitment to sharing its vision, engaging its teams, and consolidating its position as a cornerstone of Cameroon’s logistics and economic development.
