Four Days to Boost Cohesion, Performance, and a Winning Mindset at the Port of Kribi

From 11 to 14 April 2022, more than 500 staff members of the Port Authority of Kribi took part in an intensive training and teambuilding programme facilitated by Go Ahead Africa Ltd. A transformative initiative that placed gradual progress, collective effort and sustainable performance at the heart of the organisation’s priorities.

From 11 to 14 April 2022, in Kribi, the consultancy firm Go Ahead Africa Ltd deployed its expertise in training facilitation and teambuilding to support the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK).

Driven by the ambitious vision of the General Manager, Mr Patrice MELOM, these four intensive days strengthened the knowledge, skills and—above all—the interpersonal competencies of more than 500 staff members, grouped into daily sessions of 125 participants.

At the core of the programme, a simple yet essential principle set the tone:
one cannot plough, sow, harvest and enjoy the fruits of their labour all in the same day.
A powerful reminder of the importance of progressive effort, patience and collective commitment in building sustainable performance.

Through participatory training sessions, mind mapping, engaging teambuilding activities and highly interactive open forums, participants strengthened their teamwork, performance mindset and collective confidence.
