As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen operational resilience and risk prevention against business disruptions, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK), in partnership with MAXIMUN SERVICES SARL, is organizing a training workshop on the implementation of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) aligned with the ISO 22301:2019 standard.
The workshop will take place from November 11 to 13, 2025, at Lagon Hotel, Kribi. It will be attended by members of the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Committee (CHSST), Information Systems managers, and Operational Managers from the Harbour Master’s Office.
This three-day (21-hour) training aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to plan, implement, and maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) capable of ensuring the continuity of critical operations in the event of a major incident or unforeseen disruption.
Training Schedule

Day 1 (11/11/2025): Introduction, context, and BCMS planning;

Day 2 (12/11/2025): Risk assessment and Business Impact Analysis (BIA);

Day 3 (13/11/2025): Implementation, testing, and continual improvement.
