Resilience, inclusion, and valuing human capital at the heart of PAK’s commitment

On the occasion of the 137th edition of International Labour Day, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) joined the national and international community in celebrating the world of work under the theme:
“Resilience and decent work: acting together within the world of work to improve living conditions and social inclusion.”

A strong commitment to workers’ well-being

True to its human-centered and inclusive management policy, PAK dedicated this day to cohesion, solidarity, and the promotion of human capital. Through its participation, the institution reaffirmed its commitment to:

  • promoting decent working conditions,

  • fostering social inclusion,

  • building a high-performing professional environment that respects social rights.

Resilience and performance in a changing world

In a global context marked by significant economic, social, and environmental challenges, PAK’s General Management seized the opportunity to emphasize the importance of:

  • organizational resilience,

  • continuous training,

  • adaptability.

These levers are essential to building a competitive, modern, and future-oriented port, serving Cameroon’s economy and contributing to the development of the sub-region.
