PAK's Director General Meets with Brazilian Ambassador to Discuss Partnership Prospects

As part of the official stopover of the Brazilian warship FREGATE INDEPENDENCIA F44 at the Port of Kribi, PAK’s Director General, Mr. Patrice MELOM, received Her Excellency Vivian Loss Sanmartin, Ambassador of Brazil to Cameroon, for a high-level discussion.

The meeting was preceded by a guided tour of the port’s facilities, during which the Brazilian delegation discovered the deep-sea capabilities and logistical assets of Kribi’s port platform.

This diplomatic and technical visit opened discussions on the strategic potential of the port, paving the way for future partnerships between the Kribi Port Authority and Brazilian economic operators.

Joint Naval Exercises and Knowledge Exchange

It is worth noting that the Brazilian warship’s presence at Mboro also serves a military cooperation objective. In the coming days, joint high-sea maneuvers will be conducted between the Brazilian Navy and the Cameroonian Navy, as part of a broader capacity-building and knowledge transfer program.
