Expanding the Port Authority’s Network of Healthcare Partners

The Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) may soon formalize a partnership with the newly inaugurated St. Francis Catholic Hospital in Kribi. During an official visit on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, the Director General of PAK explored opportunities for collaboration focused on improving healthcare access for port staff and the surrounding community.

Towards Improved Access to Quality Healthcare

As part of efforts to strengthen its network of healthcare partners, the Kribi Port Authority (PAK) is considering signing a partnership agreement with the newly built St. Francis Catholic Hospital in Kribi.

This strategic alliance aims to enhance access to quality medical care for PAK employees, their families, and potentially other members of the port community.

An Institutional Visit with Strategic Outlook

In this regard, the Director General of PAK, Mr. Patrice MELOM, paid an official visit to the modern medical facilities of the hospital on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. The visit provided an opportunity to assess the hospital’s technical capabilities and healthcare services, as well as to identify potential areas of collaboration in the near future.
