As part of its managerial transformation journey, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) held its very first Team Building sessions from January 20 to 23 in the Bana Valley, West Cameroon.
Led by renowned coach Roland Kwemain, founder of Go Ahead Africa, the immersive sessions offered a unique blend of personal transformation and professional growth. Activities included leadership exercises, team challenges, introspective moments, and strategic visioning.
The goal: to enhance team cohesion, boost internal communication, develop a leadership style aligned with PAK’s vision, and embed a strong culture of collective performance across the institution.
This initiative reflects PAK’s commitment to building an agile, resilient organization — one that remains afloat and forward-looking in the face of the evolving port industry.
