On 1 May 2025, the employees of the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) happily took part in the traditional Labour Day march-past, proudly representing an institution that is dynamic, ambitious, and firmly committed to excellence.
A Remarkable March-past
Dressededin PAK’s colours and united in spirit, PAK staff proudly marched, embodying the values of rigour, commitment, and solidarity that drive the Port’s daily actions. This festive and unifying moment also served to showcase the progress made by the port and the collective ambitions for the future.
An Outstanding Gesture from the General Manager
The highlight of the event was the remarkable march-past of PAK’s General Manager, Mr. Patrice Barthélémy Melom, holding a trowel, like a builder in action. This outstanding gesture translates his will to building—brick by brick—an ever-efficient port fostering national development.
Honouring the Builders Behind the Scenes
Beyond the celebration, this Day was also an opportunity to honour all PAK employees, be they women or men, whose daily commitment enables the Port to achieve its ambitions. Their synchronized steps during the match-past reflected the cohesion, discipline, and determination that define this great team.
