The Port of Kribi Takes Center Stage
At exactly 1:30 PM this Monday, July 22, 2024, the official opening ceremony of the 13th edition of the Government Action Fair (SAGO) was launched at the Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Complex.
On the second and third days of the event, the Port of Kribi is hosting enriching thematic Apéros — unique sessions blending learning, discovery, networking, and engaging activities.

On behalf of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, the Minister of Communication, Mr. René Emmanuel Sadi, presided over the opening ceremony. He emphasized that this fair serves as a moment of sharing and informing the public about the government’s daily achievements and the work of its affiliated institutions.
Following the symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the exhibition stands took place.
During this visit, the Minister of Communication and other members of the government were particularly impressed by the presentation on the Phase II expansion works of the Port of Kribi.
Later in the afternoon, the Director General of the Kribi Port Authority (PAK), Mr. Patrice MELOM, visited the stand personally, offering visitors first-hand insights directly from the top management.
According to visitors, the Port of Kribi spared no effort in delivering an impressive and engaging showcase of its actions and projects.
