Familiarization Workshops with the Kribi Port Information System
A key step towards modernizing port operations
On November 6, 2019, in Mboro, the familiarization workshops with the Kribi Port Information System (PIS) came to a close in a convivial atmosphere. Over a period of three weeks, stakeholders from the port community tested and experienced this platform, which is set to become the very brain of operations at the Port of Kribi.
Valuable feedback from port stakeholders
Participants had the opportunity to share their impressions and contribute to improving the system. As highlighted by the Director of Information Systems and Documentation:
“This stage is a decisive phase of the project, as stakeholders immerse themselves in an environment designed to reflect their needs, and their feedback is essential.”
The PIS, a tool for streamlining and digitization
The Kribi Port Information System is an innovative platform that will add a new dimension to the streamlining and digitization of procedures. It marks an important milestone in PAK’s commitment to providing services that are more efficient, modern, and adapted to the needs of economic operators.
