A Strategic Participation Marked By High-Ranking Panels And The Signing Of A Mou

During the 14th edition of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) held in 2025 in Abu Dhabi, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) wowed the international community of investors.

🎤 An African voice at the centre of global discussions

PAK’s General Manager, Mr. Patrice MELOM, spoke at two high-level panels, highlighting:

  • the strategic role of the Kribi Port in Africa’s logistics network,

  • and the investment opportunities within the Kribi Port Integrated Industrial Zone (ZIIP).

🤝 MoU signed with AIM Congress

A key moment of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PAK and the AIM Congress, establishing a framework for strengthened economic and infrastructure cooperation, focused on connected, innovative and sustainable future.

🌍 Opening up to the Middle East market

This agreement also marks PAK’s strategic step towards the Middle East market, through:

  • the development of new trade corridors,

  • and the search for  investment partnerships.

Partcipants were quite interested in the Kribi Port Industrial Zone and they acknowledge it as a powerful industrial and logistics hub in the Gulf of Guinea region.
