IT Bootcamp to Strengthen Strategic Decision-Making Tools
From August 1 to 5, 2022, the Kribi Port Authority (PAK) is organizing an IT bootcamp in Nkolandom, Mvila Division. The workshop aims to enhance performance monitoring through improved use of statistics and analytics.
In his opening remarks, PAK’s General Manager, Mr. Patrice MELOM, emphasized the importance of quality data for impactful decision-making:
“The goal is to base our strategic decisions on high-quality Just-in-Time information.”
Building a data-driven culture for performance
Over five days, participants are engaged in practical workshops, peer learning and expert sessions focused on business intelligence (BI). The bootcamp provides a unique opportunity to sharpen analytical skills and improve KPI tracking.
