Road Safety First: PAK joins forces with CISAL
A week-long awareness campaign to protect lives on the road
From November 2nd to 6th, 2022, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) partnered with the CISAL association (Citizenships Saves Lives) and its volunteers for a road safety awareness campaign targeting truck drivers and road users operating in and around the port.
Determined to place human life above all else, PAK’s General Manager, Mr. Patrice MELOM, personally addressed the truckers with a powerful reminder:
“Goods are expensive, but nothing is worth your life.”
Throughout the week, participants received practical advice, safety kits, and rewards for exemplary drivers. These gestures of appreciation help promote responsible behavior and build a long-term culture of safety within the port community.
