Strategic reassessment of a public partnership for greater operational impact
On Thursday, June 29, 2023, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) had the honor of receiving a delegation from MATGENIE, led by its General Manager, Mr. Gustave EBONGUE. The meeting focused on the reassessment of the framework agreement signed in 2019 between the two public institutions.
Under the leadership of PAK’s General Manager, Mr. Patrice MELOM, both parties conducted a frank evaluation of the partnership, highlighting key successes while acknowledging the challenges encountered along the way.

The main objective of the session was to explore new cooperation opportunities, especially regarding MATGENIE’s operational capacity within the port’s evolving ecosystem.
