Encouraging Today’s Talent to Build Tomorrow’s Cameroon
On Friday, September 6, 2024, the Kribi ceremonial square hosted the Academic Excellence Awards Ceremony, honoring outstanding students from public and private schools in the Kribi 1 Subdivision.
The event was held under the authority of the Third Deputy representing the Senior Divisional Officer of the Ocean Division, and marked the second edition of this vibrant celebration of achievement. The Mayor of Kribi 1, Mrs. Ndoni Keller Augustine, née Diyo, expressed great satisfaction with the continued success of this initiative.
The Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) proudly took part in the event by rewarding the top-performing students for their outstanding results from the previous school year. As the official sponsor, PAK reaffirmed its support for local initiatives promoting academic success and youth empowerment.
This initiative aligns with PAK’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), placing the education of young generations at the heart of its community engagement. The port authority continues to support decentralized local governments in their efforts to invest in human capital.
