CNCC and PAK Strengthen Cooperation on Data Exchange
Both institutions are pursuing efforts to interconnect their information systems and update their partnership agreement.
On 21 September 2026, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) and the National Shippers’ Council of Cameroon (CNCC) continued their work on system interconnection and data exchange to improve maritime traffic monitoring and strengthen their cooperation.
Discussions on Interconnecting Information Systems
On 21 September 2026, the National Shippers’ Council of Cameroon (CNCC S.A.) hosted a delegation from the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) for a working session focused on interconnecting their information systems and facilitating data exchange.
The meeting brought together a group of technical and operational teams from both institutions to discuss the practical arrangements for implementing the system interconnection and strengthening information sharing.
A Project to Improve Maritime Traffic Monitoring
The project stems from an agreement between CNCC and PAK and aims to improve the monitoring of maritime traffic through enhanced data exchange and information sharing between the two institutions.
Updating the Framework for Cooperation
To finalize the operational implementation of data sharing, both parties have initiated the process of updating their partnership agreement. This initiative aims to adapt their cooperation framework to current requirements and further consolidate their partnership.
Through these efforts, CNCC and PAK are working to facilitate information flows, improve maritime traffic monitoring, and support Cameroon’s foreign trade.
