The Port Authority of Kribi at the Heart of Investment Opportunities

On September 28 and 29, 2024, the Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) took part in the Africa and Diaspora Forum – Back to Africa, held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. This major event highlighted the investment opportunities offered by the Kribi port platform, a true logistics hub in Central Africa.

PAK’s Participation

The PAK hosted a thematic networking session on: “Smart Investment in Kribi”, giving participants the opportunity to explore:

  • the strategic positioning of the port,

  • its state-of-the-art infrastructure,

  • and the competitive advantages of the Kribi Economic Zone.

An Inspiring Forum for the Diaspora

Launched by Philippe Simo, CEO of Investir au pays and renowned Cameroonian entrepreneur, the event gathered over 4,000 participants from the African diaspora. Attendees benefited from experience-sharing, practical training, and guidance on how to successfully launch profitable businesses in Africa.

The feedback was unanimous: this initiative proved to be a powerful motivator, paving the way for the creation of enterprises, jobs, and stronger economic resilience on the continent.
